Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Device Sales Specialist, located in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing sales activities related to medical devices, building and maintaining relationships with Orthodontists, and driving product adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, supporting sales operations, and contributing to the growth of the company's market share. Collaboration with internal teams and customers is an integral part of the role to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Sales and a strong understanding of medical devices
• Proven track record in Sales with a focus on Orthopedics or related fields
• Experience in Sales Operations and managing client relationships
• Ability to effectively communicate technical product knowledge and value propositions to healthcare professionals
• Relevant experience in the dental or healthcare industry is highly advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field

Compensation

Salary- 4 to 6.5 LPA Based on Interview Performance.
