Medical Device Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Surat. The role entails promoting and selling ENT surgical implants and instruments to healthcare providers, building and maintaining relationships with medical professionals, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, identifying new sales opportunities, providing product training, and supporting the sales operations team to ensure efficient processes. The ideal candidate will stay updated on industry trends and maintain compliance with medical and company standards.

• Proven expertise in Medical Sales and Sales Operations
• Knowledge and experience in medical devices and the healthcare industry, particularly in orthopedics and ENT
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and meet targets consistently
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• Prior experience in sales of medical devices or similar products is highly advantageous
