Job Overview
ARDEM is hiring Medical Data Entry Analysts to process student medical records.
This is a
100% Work From Home role and is
completely performance-based.
Your earnings will depend entirely on your
speed, accuracy, and daily productivity.
If you are target-driven and comfortable working independently, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Entering medical details from forms into the system
- Each form contains approximately 17 mandatory fields (Student ID, DOB, Gender, Procedure Code, Diagnosis Code, Provider Details, Minutes, Notes, etc.)
- Maintaining 100% accuracy
- Meeting daily productivity targets
- Ensuring confidentiality of student and medical data
Performance & Earnings Structure (Important)
This is a
purely performance-based job.
- Rate per field: 0.15
- Earning per form: 2.55 (17 fields 0.15)
- Daily Target: 240 accurate forms
- Daily Earning (if target achieved): 612
- Monthly Earning (22 working days): 13,464
- TDS: 10% applicable
Only correct entries are counted for payout.
Incorrect entries will not be paid.
Higher accuracy and higher productivity = Higher earnings.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Graduate from Science background only
- B.Sc / Life Sciences / Medical / Allied Sciences preferred
Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of data entry experience
- Medical/Healthcare/Insurance data experience is an advantage
Skills Required
- Typing speed: 3540 WPM with strong accuracy
- Good attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently in a target-based environment
Mandatory System & Internet Requirements
This is a
100% Work From Home role, so the following are compulsory:
- Personal Laptop/Desktop (Minimum 8GB RAM, i5 Processor)
- Minimum 100 Mbps stable internet connection (Mandatory)
- Quiet and dedicated workspace
Company systems will not be provided. Candidates must use their own setup.
