We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Medical Counsellor who can guide prospective patients, build trust, and convert consultations into successful treatment bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients regarding hair loss concerns and available hair transplant treatments.
- Understand patients medical history, expectations, and concerns to recommend suitable treatment plans.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online consultation leads professionally.
- Build strong rapport with patients and maintain long-term relationships.
- Convert inquiries and consultations into confirmed treatment bookings by effectively addressing objections and concerns.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM.
- Follow up with prospective patients to improve conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
- Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction throughout the counselling journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Medical Counselling, Healthcare Sales, Patient Counselling, or Aesthetic/Healthcare Consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving high conversion ratios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and handle patient objections confidently.
- Strong sales aptitude with a consultative approach.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
