Role Description The Medical Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Medical Consultant will review and interpret clinical information, advise on medical protocols, and support healthcare-related decision-making for client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams, providing input on emergency care pathways, and ensuring medical accuracy in documentation and training materials. The role involves developing and delivering training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff, contributing to healthcare workflow optimization, and participating in cross-functional meetings with business and operations consultants. The Medical Consultant will also support compliance with relevant medical guidelines and contribute to the design of scalable, patient-centered care models.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine, with clinical experience and familiarity with healthcare systems.
• Expertise or significant exposure in Cardiology, including interpretation of cardiac-related clinical data.
• Experience Working with Physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in collaborative settings.
• Background in Emergency Medicine, with the ability to advise on acute care processes and protocols.
• Demonstrated Training skills, including developing and delivering medical or clinical education programs.
• Relevant medical degree (MBBS or equivalent); postgraduate specialization is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage multiple projects, and adapt to a consulting environment.
