About the Role: CareKnight is a premium medical logistics and facilitation service founded by a senior Kolkata-based surgeon. We do not provide home care, domestic assistance, or in-home nursing.
We provide high-end, end-to-end clinical logistics for premium patients. You will act as the patient's professional medical chaperone, ensuring their hospital visits, diagnostics, and treatments (such as navigating a frail patient through a complex Hemodialysis appointment) are executed flawlessly, on time, and without friction.
What This Job IS:
- Professional Logistics: Navigating high-net-worth or elderly patients through hospital bureaucracy, admissions, and diagnostic departments.
- Clinical Communication: Acting as the intelligent bridge between the patient's family and the hospital staff.
- Protocol-Driven: Working strictly under the high-standard operational protocols designed by senior consultants.
What This Job IS NOT:
- This is NOT a homecare, ayah, or domestic caregiving role.
- This does NOT involve 24/7 in-home stays or household assistance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Meet and pick up patients from home.
- Take complete ownership of their hospital itinerary (managing files, queue management, billing coordination, and physical facilitation from department to department).
- Maintain calm, authoritative control in clinical environments, ensuring the patient feels entirely safe and expertly guided.
- Provide clear, professional updates to the patient's family and the CareKnight management team.

- Highly Organized: You can manage paperwork, hospital billing desks, and appointment timings with zero errors.

- Background: Previous experience in hospital administration, clinical front desk, medical transcription, or high-end hospitality is highly preferred.
