Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune Division for a Medical Coding Trainer. The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions in medical coding, guiding students through coding standards and techniques, and ensuring a thorough understanding of medical terminology. The trainer will also assist with evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and staying updated on the latest developments in medical coding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Medical Coding and a strong grasp of Medical Terminology
• Familiarity with Health Information Management systems and coding standards
• Certification or qualification in RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) or equivalent
• Strong instructional and communication skills to facilitate training processes
• Commitment to student success and ability to mentor aspiring medical coders
• Experience in teaching or training roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
