2. Strong knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology
3. Clinical knowledge is an added advantage
4. Qualification Pharmacy Graduate
5. To be an effective participant in Classroom training and clear the training assessments with 85% quality
6. Consistently meet the targets set for MOCK charts.
7. Eligible employee will get confirmed as Medical Coder within a max of 6 months from the date of joining
8. Punctuality, Attendance and General Adherence to company policies, procedures and practices
9. Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA/ISO/ISMS)
10. Be an effective team player.
