Job Description

Validate and enhance clinical documentation to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant coding for Medicare beneficiaries, emphasizing the CMS-HCC model.
Conduct thorough chart reviews, accurately coding medical records for ICD-10 diagnoses and procedures related to risk adjustment.
Maintain high productivity standards in production coding, aiming for an average of 30 charts per day.
Ensure documentation alignment with all regulatory guidelines and standards, with a strong focus on risk adjustment accuracy.
Uphold a minimum of 95% accuracy rate in coding, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
Regularly update knowledge on coding guidelines, rules, and regulations pertaining to Risk Adjustment and HCC coding.
Proficiently navigate various EHR systems to optimize the efficiency and accuracy of chart reviews.

Mandatory: CPC or CRC certificate
