About the Role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and dynamic Medical Clinic Trainer / QA professional with a strong science background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training clinic staff, ensuring quality standards, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for clinic staff, including technicians, receptionists, and sales teams
- Train employees on clinic operations, standard procedures, and quality assurance practices
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal protocols
- Conduct workshops and sessions on science-related subjects
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements
- Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing guidance and support
- Maintain training records and reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.E. / B.Tech or any science-related degree
- Must have studied Biology up to Class 12
- Experience: 2-5 years in training, teaching, healthcare, or QA roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify and explain scientific concepts clearly
