We are hiring **30 Health Claim Adjudicators** for a leading health insurance company.

**POSITION:**

**Health Claim Adjudicator**

**JOB LOCATION:**

**Thane – Head Office of the Insurance Company**

**JOB TYPE:**

**Onsite / Work From Office**

Selected candidates will be based at the Thane Head Office of the leading health insurance company.

**HIRING:** Urgent

**EMPLOYMENT:** On-roll with Phoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd.

**SALARY:** 30k TO 50k Its Totally

Depends on **experience and interview performance**

**QUALIFICATION:**

• BHMS

• BAMS

• MBBS

**EXPERIENCE:**

Minimum **1 year** of experience in any of the following:

• Health Claim Processing

• Health Claim Adjudication

• Health Claim Investigation

• Medical Claim Assessment

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**

• Accurate and error-free health claim adjudication

• Review medical records, bills, investigation reports & discharge summaries

• Assess diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization and medical documentation

• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies and potential risk/fraud indicators

• Follow insurance company SOPs, guidelines and quality parameters

• Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets

• Maintain defined TAT and high accuracy standards

**IDEAL CANDIDATE:**

Strong medical knowledge

Good understanding of health insurance claims

Excellent analytical and document-review skills

High attention to detail

Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-oriented environment

**WORKING HOURS:**

**Rotational Shifts – 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM**

Any assigned shift will be **9 hours**

**NIGHT SHIFT BENEFIT:**

**WFH may be provided for specific night shifts**, subject to approval/permission from the Reporting Manager of **Aditya Birla Health Insurance**.

**TRAINING PERIOD:**

**7 working days – Unpaid**
