About the Role:
As a Medical & Biomedical Research Annotator, you will support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems by analyzing, annotating, and validating complex medical and biomedical research content. This role requires strong domain expertise and a high level of scientific rigor to ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, evidence-based, and aligned with accepted clinical and biomedical standards. You will work with research literature, clinical concepts, and experimental findings to improve AI performance in medical reasoning and research interpretation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Annotate and label medical and biomedical research content, including questions, summaries, explanations, and analytical responses for AI training.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs related to human biology, pathology, pharmacology, diagnostics, and therapeutic interventions.
- Evaluate clinical and biomedical reasoning for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current scientific evidence.
- Identify and tag errors related to disease mechanisms, treatment guidelines, biological pathways, or misuse of medical terminology.
- Assess interpretations of clinical studies, trials, and meta-analyses for methodological soundness and bias.
- Review biomedical data representations, figures, and tables to ensure conclusions are supported by evidence.
- Ensure annotations adhere to strict quality, consistency, and confidentiality guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required:
- BSc/MSc in Biomedical Sciences, Biology, Medicine, or related fields.
- Familiarity with clinical trials, mechanisms, and PubMed-style literature.
- Strong understanding of experimental interpretation and biological reasoning.
- Ability to evaluate claims with high accuracy and rigor.
- Skilled at verifying medical reasoning and interpreting scientific studies.
