Medical Billing Specialist

Our offerings include Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), virtual assistant services for front desk tasks, eligibility verifications, prior authorizations, and reselling and implementation of fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software along with customized software solutions. Our global delivery locations currently operate out of four countries.

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Medical Billing Specialist. The Medical Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Revenue Cycle Management process. This includes coding and reviewing medical procedures, submitting claims, following up on claim denials, verifying patient insurance, posting payments, and maintaining accurate billing records.

• Experience with medical billing, coding, and insurance claims
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) procedures and practices
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Certification in Medical Billing or related field preferred
