Medical Billing - Accounts Receivable (AR)

Green Apples is looking for driven, dedicated and experienced Accounts Receivable professionals, proficient in US healthcare, who are comfortable working in US shift (US Eastern Time). Local candidates from Delhi-NCR only need to apply.

Job description

• Responsible for following up with Insurance Payers for outstanding accounts receivable on behalf of medical providers/physicians/clinics.
• Prioritize the AR basket based on aging and insurances
• Should be able to investigate and escalate the pending claims
• Should be able to handle the denials of the claims
• Should be able to call the insurance payers in USA time zone while following the HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines
• Should be able to escalate the claims based on timely filling.
• Should be able to review the unpaid claims and take appropriate action
• Knowledge of preparing and sending appeals for denied claims that are in dispute with the payers
• Excellent end to end hands on experience in Medical Revenue Cycle Management including all billing functions such as charge creation/ Dx codes/CPT codes/Modifiers/denial codes/Payment posting etc..
• AR calling experience for Psychiatric/LBHC claims.
• Excellent command over English language with exceptional speaking/comprehension/writing skills.
• Ability to work as a team member needing coordination and effective interaction & communication
• Candidate should be a local of Delhi-NCR.

Qualification

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
• Should be willing to work in US shift
• Minimum 4 Years of experience as AR caller
