About the Role
We are seeking Medical AI Trainers (Freelancers) to help improve how AI models understand, interpret, and reason about clinical scenarios, medical literature, patient care, disease management, and evidence-based healthcare practices.
In this role, you will leverage your healthcare expertise to create realistic medical scenarios, evaluate AI-generated responses, develop expert reference answers, and provide structured feedback that helps improve the safety, accuracy, and reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems.
What You'll Do
- Design realistic healthcare and clinical reasoning scenarios based on real-world medical practice
- Develop expert-level reference responses aligned with current clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for medical accuracy, clinical reasoning, patient safety, and guideline adherence
- Review and assess topics including:
- Grade AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics
- Provide detailed written feedback to help improve model performance
- Identify factual inaccuracies, unsafe recommendations, reasoning gaps, and guideline deviations in AI-generated content
- Participate in onboarding sessions, calibration exercises, and specialty-specific review activities
- Collaborate with AI researchers and healthcare experts to improve model capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBBS, MD, DO, DNB, PharmD, BDS, MDS, Nursing, Public Health, Life Sciences, or equivalent healthcare-related qualification
- Strong understanding of clinical medicine, healthcare delivery, and evidence-based practice
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Prior experience evaluating medical content, examinations, research outputs, or AI-generated responses is a plus
- Interest in artificial intelligence and healthcare innovation
