Hiring | Manager – Medical Affairs | Pune

We are hiring for a Manager – Medical Affairs position with a leading pharmaceutical organization at its Pune Head Office.

Location: Pune HO

Designation: Manager – Medical Affairs

CTC: Open for discussion

Qualification:MBBS + MD

Industry: Pharmaceutical / Healthcare

What we're looking for:

  • MBBS + MD qualification is required
  • 1–2 years of experience in Medical Affairs / MSL (Medical Science Liaison) within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  • Experience in KOL/HCP scientific engagement and medical education
  • Strong scientific and medical communication capabilities
  • Exposure to clinical research, evidence generation, scientific publications or medical content will be preferred
  • Ability to provide scientific inputs for portfolio strategy, product launches and lifecycle management
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Regulatory and other internal stakeholders

The role will involve medical strategy, KOL engagement, scientific exchange, medical education, clinical/evidence-generation initiatives and scientific support for key therapy-area activities.
