Hiring: Medical Advisor

Location: Hyderabad (Nacharam)

We are establishing our Medical Affairs department and looking for an experienced Medical Advisor to lead scientific strategy, ethical medico-marketing, and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement from the ground up.

As the pioneer of this function, you will serve as the sole medical expert in the team, reporting directly to the Director and driving end-to-end medical leadership for our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

* Scientific Strategy & Brand Support: Develop and execute evidence-based scientific strategies, market positioning, and therapy approaches in coordination with business unit heads.

* KOL Engagement: Build and maintain peer-level relationships with national Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs); lead CMEs, advisory boards, and scientific forums.

* Medico-Marketing & Content: Author and review scientific content (brochures, medical articles, presentations) while ensuring 100% compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

* Cross-Functional & Field Training: Partner with marketing, sales, and clinical teams; deliver scientific training to field forces and internal stakeholders.

* Clinical & Regulatory Support: Provide medical oversight for clinical trial site identification, regulatory filings, and scientific research initiatives.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

* Educational Qualification: MD or MBBS with Medical Advisor experience

* Experience: Minimum 4–5 years of dedicated experience in a Medical Advisor / Medico-Marketing role within the pharmaceutical industry.

* Core Competencies: Proven expertise in scientific communication, trial support, compliance oversight, and high-impact KOL network management.

Work Details & Compensation

* CTC: 30,000,000 – 40,000,000 (30–40 LPA)

* Work Schedule: 6 Days / week (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

* Reporting Structure: Direct reporting to the Director
