Job Description
Qualification:
- MBBS Or BDS with MHA / MBA (Hospital Administration) or equivalent healthcare qualification
Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in hospital administration / medical administration
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and department heads to ensure smooth clinical operations
- Oversee daily medical administration activities and ensure adherence to hospital policies
- Support medical audits, NABH/JCI compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Manage doctors duty rosters, on-call schedules, and leave coordination
- Monitor clinical documentation, medical records, and case sheets
- Handle patient complaints, escalations, and coordination with clinical teams
- Assist management in implementing clinical protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate medico-legal cases and statutory reporting
- Support credentialing, empanelment, and on boarding of doctors
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of NABH standards, medical ethics, and healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office / Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
