Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Media Sales Manager, based in Noida. The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B media sales, developing and maintaining client accounts, and ensuring revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, creating sales strategies, and meeting overall sales targets. The role demands excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Media Sales and Sales strategies to drive revenue objectives
  • Travel in field
  • Experience in Account Management and cultivating long-term client relationships
  • Strong Communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey value propositions
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and prospect conversion
  • High levels of goal orientation, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with B2B environments and media solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience of [2-5+] years in media sales or a similar role is preferred
