Role Description

We are seeking a Media Sales Manager for the AD Sales team in an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram. The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for driving media sales efforts, identifying and generating leads for partnership opportunities, developing and managing client accounts, and working towards achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and negotiating contracts to develop long-term business opportunities. The role requires a blend of proactive sales strategies and account management expertise.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Media Sales and strong experience in Sales strategies and execution
  • Proven ability in Lead Generation and navigating client acquisition processes
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Account Management experience, with a focus on nurturing long-term partnerships
  • Analytical skills to evaluate sales performance and adapt strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals successfully
  • Adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
