Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Media Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in media sales, advertising sales or sponsorship sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through sponsorships, advertising opportunities and strategic partnerships while building strong relationships with brands, agencies, if required and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, approach and secure sponsorship and advertising opportunities from brands and corporates.

* Generate revenue through exhibition sponsorships, media partnerships, digital advertising and event-related sales.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, marketing heads and brand managers.

* Create compelling sales pitches and customised sponsorship proposals.

* Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

* Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.

* Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Min. 2 years of experience in Media Sales, Ad Sales, Sponsorship Sales, Brand Partnerships or Event Sales.

* Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

* Strong networking, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Event sponsorship sales

* Exhibition and conference sales

* Brand partnerships
