Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, advertisers, and media agencies
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the digital advertising ecosystem
- Drive revenue by pitching digital advertising solutions (display, video, mobile, programmatic, social)
- Work on client briefs, RFPs, and customized media proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and optimization
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
- Represent the company in client meetings and industry interactions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital ad sales / media sales
- Experience working with media agencies, brands, or ad networks
- Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA models
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
