Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically driven
Researcher to support strategic planning, creative development, and competitive intelligence initiatives. This role will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market and competitor research, organizing findings into actionable insights, and maintaining research frameworks that enable efficient decision-making across teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify trends, analyze messaging strategies, and synthesize large volumes of information into structured formats. Working closely with strategy, creative, and account teams, the Researcher will help build a strong foundation for campaign planning and business recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Support needed to reduce the research, organization, documentation, and first-pass input.
- Competitive research sweeps across Meta/TikTok/social/category sources
- Pulling and organizing ad examples, screenshots, hooks, offers, claims, formats, and messaging patterns
- First-pass categorization of findings into themes/patterns
- Maintaining performance strategy templates and reusable frameworks
- Populating baseline sections of briefs or strategy docs from existing inputs
- Pulling reference examples or inspiration for creative/account teams
- Preparing first-pass research summaries that I can then synthesize into strategic direction
Required Skills
- 2+ years experienced in strategic research within advertising/marketing/brand environments
- Strong at summarizing and translating research into actionable takeaways
- Proactive and intellectually curious
- Able to add strategic value beyond basic desk research
- Comfortable communicating observations, trends, and recommendations
