We are seeking a Media Production Suite (MPS) Support & Deployment Specialist to join our Post Services team in India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in media production technologies and a passion for providing excellent support and solutions for MPS applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Media Production Suite (MPS) applications and systems.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of MPS software and hardware components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to media production workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MPS within existing infrastructure.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on MPS functionalities and best practices.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in media production or IT support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Media Production Suite (MPS) software and tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with video editing, graphics design, and media asset management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
