Job Description

Media is responsible for leading the planning, buying, and execution of media campaigns across ATL, digital, and partner platforms. The role ensures efficient deployment of media budgets to drive brand visibility, performance, and retail impact. It involves collaboration with internal stakeholders and media agencies to deliver measurable results across customer segments and business units.

1. Media Strategy and Planning

  • Define and lead the integrated media strategy across digital, print, radio, outdoor, and co-marketing platforms.
  • Align media plans with brand priorities, category objectives, and campaign calendars.
  • Partner with brand, catchment, and own label teams to plan tactical and long-term visibility campaigns.
  • Allocate media budgets across channels based on ROI, reach, and campaign objectives.
  • Track emerging media trends and incorporate innovation into planning.

2. Campaign Execution and Buying Oversight

  • Oversee execution of media campaigns across channels in collaboration with agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and quality execution of media buys across ATL and digital platforms.
  • Govern vendor contracts, ad inventory planning, and rate negotiations across formats.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and brand safety in collaboration with agency partners.
  • Optimize live campaigns based on performance metrics and business priorities.

3. Partner Co-Marketing and Brand Integration

  • Collaborate with brand partners for joint campaign planning through the co-marketing program.
  • Integrate partner-led media investments into the Croma media calendar to maximize synergies.
  • Ensure brand-aligned messaging and asset usage across partner-driven campaigns.
  • Build frameworks for shared metrics, co-branded creatives, and joint media reviews.
  • Track co-funded campaign impact and ROI to strengthen future collaborations.

4. Analytics, Measurement, and Reporting

  • Lead development of media dashboards to track impressions, reach, GRPs, CTRs, and ROI across formats.
  • Run quarterly media performance reviews with internal stakeholders and agency teams.
  • Analyze cross-channel performance to inform future media planning decisions.
  • Ensure timely campaign debriefs and actionable insights post major activations.
  • Provide regular updates to CMO on media spends, campaign health, and partner ROI.

5. Team Management and Capability Building

  • Lead and mentor managers across digital, ATL, and co-marketing media functions.
  • Build internal capability in data-led planning, programmatic, brand lift measurement, and media innovation.
  • Set and monitor performance KPIs across team members and agencies.
  • Foster a collaborative, learning-focused environment across media functions.
  • Drive training and upskilling programs on emerging media trends and tools
