About the Role

We are looking for a high ownership Media Planner to drive integrated media planning and execution across digital and influencer channels. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution where you will be responsible for planning, budgeting, coordination, and performance tracking across campaigns. The role is suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable owning outcomes end to end.

Key Responsibilities

Media Planning and Strategy

• Build integrated media plans across Meta, Google, influencer, and other relevant channels

• Translate business objectives into channel strategies, budgets, timelines, and KPIs

• Identify new channels, formats, and opportunities for scale

Campaign Execution and Coordination

• Own campaign readiness including planning, creative requirements, and asset timelines

• Work closely with creative, content, performance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution

• Ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned to business goals

Influencer and Partner Management

• Manage influencer and creator collaborations including briefs, deliverables, timelines, and reporting

• Liaise with platforms, vendors, and partners to unlock better pricing and opportunities

Performance Tracking and Optimization

• Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and identify trends and gaps

• Drive optimizations across targeting, creatives, and channel mix with clear rationale

• Manage budgets with a focus on efficiency, pacing, and ROI

Reporting and Insights

• Build weekly performance reports with clear insights, learnings, and next steps

• Highlight what worked, what did not, and define future experiments

• Support data-backed decision making across campaigns

Launch and Integrated Planning

• Support product launches and brand moments with cross-channel media planning

• Ensure consistency across paid, organic, and influencer efforts

Mandatory Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in media planning across digital and influencer ecosystems

• Strong understanding of Meta and Google platforms including audiences, formats, and measurement

• Experience managing budgets, pacing, and performance tracking

• Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Clear communication and structured thinking

• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with D2C, ecommerce, or digital-first brands

• Exposure to performance marketing and conversion-led planning

• Familiarity with GA4, UTMs, pixel tracking, and reporting dashboards

• Experience working on offline initiatives like events, activations, or partnerships

• A clear and consistent media planning and reporting rhythm is established

• Campaign execution becomes faster and more coordinated across teams

• Media plans are more structured, measurable, and easier to scale

• Regular, high-quality experiments and optimizations are driven through data
