PGD is looking for a Media Performance Associate Manager – AdOps (Reporting) who will have day-to-day contact with local SE Client Managers within the assigned client accounts. The Client Manager and specialists will brief on digital campaigns to get an understanding of how to brief our adops team for a correct adserver set up and in the end correct, for the specific client, data out come for PCA reporting. You will also have the responsibility to support the clients creative agency with tech specs on digital placements and formats per campaign.

Role - Media Performance Associate Manager-Adops (Reporting)
Experience - 2 to 5 years
Location - Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Main responsibilities are to brief and follow up with the AdOps team, PGD Nordics TAAG team as well as client's creative agency.
- Create booking forms in local finance system (export to excel template) to add into the JIRA Adops briefing
- Set up the JIRA ticket för briefing our Adops, PGD Nordics TAAG team on Adserver Taxonomy creation
- Create Tech specs depending on the digital part of the media plan and send to clients Creative Agency's with instructions on how to, per digital channel and advertiser
- Support in data input in PCA templates per briefing from Client Manager
- Request campaign reports from Specialists and AdOps for reporting, global as well as local connected to campaign reporting.
- Check campaign pacing in Adserver as well as Adverification tools.
Key Skills
- Understanding of basics with in Aops and AdOps process and channel-specific KPIs.
- Basic understanding of Adserver and Adverification tools to have ability to check pacing and pull reports if needed.
- Strong skills in attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator for cross-team collaboration.
- Self leadership and ability to deliver on tight deadlines
