Role overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Media Operations Intern to organize, track, and manage production footage, project files, and digital assets. You'll help ensure all media is properly stored, backed up, and easily accessible to the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain production footage, project files, and digital assets.
• Manage and track data across SSDs, hard drives, and cloud storage.
• Maintain storage trackers and asset inventories.
• Ensure proper folder structures, file naming, and backups.
• Coordinate with editors and production teams to collect and organize assets.
• Retrieve files and assets when required.
• Monitor storage usage and ensure data is secure and easily accessible.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of file management, storage devices, and backup processes.
• Ability to manage large volumes of digital files and maintain accurate trackers.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong ownership and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with media, content, or production workflows.
• Basic video editing knowledge is a plus.
• Prior experience in a creative, media, or production environment is an advantage.
