We're not looking for a coordinator. We're looking for someone who treats every task like it's their own business — and moves accordingly.

ABOUT BRIDGE COMM

Bridge Comm is the Digital Out-of-Home media division of Mercantile Advertising — a name with 45+ years of brand-building in India. We operate a premium network of HD LED screens at major railway stations across India, covering Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Punjab and beyond. This isn't a traditional advertising agency job. It's fast, it's commercial, and it rewards people who think on their feet.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

You'll be the operational backbone of our campaigns — from the moment a client books a screen to the moment the creative goes live. Think of yourself less as a coordinator and more as someone who owns the full loop.

This role is not logistics. It's not a back-office job. It requires commercial thinking, hustle, and the ability to figure things out without being told twice.

The role also involves occasional travel — visiting screen sites, meeting railway and other authorities. If stepping out of the office to get something done appeals to you, you'll enjoy this.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Campaign execution: Push creatives on our in-house software, track live campaigns daily, flag issues before clients do

  • Rate calculations: Build client estimates, calculate spot rates vs. normal rates across our screen network — accuracy and speed both matter.

  • Client & agency coordination: Follow up on POs, payments, creatives, and approvals. Own the follow-up without being asked.

  • Reporting & billing: Maintain campaign trackers in Excel, coordinate for invoices, and keep records airtight.

  • Email communication: Draft professional outreach, campaign updates, and follow-up emails — independently.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Quick to respond — same day, every day. Slow communication is a dealbreaker in this role.

Comfortable with numbers — you'll be working with rate cards, calculations, and Excel daily.

  • Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for writing emails, drafting content, solving problems — we actively encourage this.

2–4 years in media operations, advertising, or a coordination-heavy role. OOH/DOOH experience is a bonus, not a must.
