Media Marketing Manager

Role: Media & Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2 years full-time experience in marketing/PR roles (internships excluded). 100% on-site, full-time, individual contributor role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Short-term (1-2 years): 

• Reputation & brand building – independently build and elevate the online presence and brand perception of Zinc & Broccoli and SCPL 
• Social media & content – own strategy, content calendars, and channel growth across social platforms, collaborating with the in-house design team on visual assets 
• Media & PR – drive targeted PR strategies, build media relationships, and secure press coverage for both companies 
• Digital marketing – plan and directly execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid ads (Meta/Google), and email marketing, while staying open to creative offline ideas 
• Analytics & reporting – track campaign and channel performance, report on key metrics, and adjust strategy based on data 

Medium- to long-term (2-3 years): 

• Build integrated, always-on marketing systems and reporting cadences across both companies 
• Develop deeper industry relationships and PR pipelines that compound over time 
• Potential to shape marketing strategy and brand positioning as both companies grow

The following are the results that we would like to have across both organizations, as a result of bringing you on board. These will be key criteria in deciding your growth path and future promotions. 

• Growth in social media reach, engagement, and quality of online brand presence for Z&B and SCPL 
• Number and quality of media/PR placements secured 
• Measurable improvement in paid and organic campaign performance 
• Increase in inbound leads and industry visibility attributable to marketing and PR efforts 

Further goals and objectives, KPIs, and project plans will be discussed in detail during onboarding. 

Basic terms of employment: 

• Permanent, full-time, on-site role with Zinc & Broccoli at our Kanakapura Road (Yelachanahalli) office 
• Monday to Saturday work schedule 
• 6 months probation (no paid leaves during probation) 
• 3 months notice period if employee wishes to terminate the contract 
• Long-term role; minimum 2-year commitment expected 

Skills and tools required: 

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in a core marketing/PR role (internships do not count) 
• Strong self-direction with a proven ability to independently manage and execute multi-channel marketing functions 
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms, MS Office, and a marketing tool such as HubSpot 
• Confident English communication skills, written and verbal 
• Ability and willingness to work 100% on-site, Monday to Saturday
