Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Media Marketing located in BKC, Bandra. The Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various events. This includes coordinating with clients to understand their event requirements, developing and managing budgets, and ensuring the successful implementation of all event logistics. The Event Director will also lead a team of event planners and staff, ensuring that all events are executed smoothly and meet client expectations. Additionally, the role involves working closely with vendors, managing event contracts, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the event lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Event Marketing, Planning and Event Management
• Strong skills in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of events
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills for client interactions and vendor negotiations
• Leadership and team management skills are essential
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
