Lead and resource engagements with planner and executives, senior stakeholders and, clients
Manage large scale, complex paid media campaigns across all digital advertising platforms(programmatic, reserve and content): ensure pacing according to defined budget, track, implement, forecast, compile, optimise and report on ongoing paid campaigns across all platforms such as Google Ads, DV360, Facebook, Snapchat etc
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for scaling opportunities, creative development, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid media to meet client goals
Map cultural and market trends, as well as research and analyse marketplace and media data
Prepare and give presentations on findings & recommendations
Deep understanding of the role of each paid channel, assisting with developing strategies for all media buys and ensuring full implementation and delivery of results
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and understanding of KPIs for online/digital media
Manage multiple projects, drive hard to completion - strong project management skills and organisation
Monitor industry changes and translate those into actionable recommendations
The ideal person
Can manage all aspects of an online program (Facebook, Google, and other publishing platforms)
Has experience with all online media tactics: CPA, CPM, and paid search
Understands all aspects of online campaign implementation
Has stellar negotiation, tracking, and optimization skills
Is comfortable interacting with third-party ad servers and rich media technologies
Understands syndicated and related online media research resources
Has outstanding budget and project management skills
