Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Strategy

  • Partner with commercial teams to understand business objectives, priorities, and budgets.
  • Forecast and manage annual and monthly campaign budgets.
  • Implement best practices in performance and search campaigns across markets.
  • Identify growth opportunities through keyword expansion, ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and campaign structuring.
  • Maintain a test & learn agenda to optimize campaigns and share insights across markets.

Campaign Execution

  • Execute eCommerce performance campaigns across multiple retailer platforms and Pepsico brands.
  • Conduct keyword research and develop ad copy.
  • Monitor campaign performance to ensure KPIs, budgets, and deadlines are met.
  • Apply learnings from one market to optimize campaigns in other markets.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance data to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to identify data-driven optimization opportunities.
  • Stay informed on developments in performance marketing and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in eCommerce marketing or shopper marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the EU eCommerce landscape.
  • Knowledge of PPC/CPC/CPM models.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills combined with a creative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to navigate and influence a matrix organization across multiple countries.
