The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video and multimedia content for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications. The candidate should possess strong storytelling skills, technical expertise in editing software, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging video content for digital and social media platforms
- Create promotional videos, corporate videos, reels, interviews, and multimedia presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to understand project requirements
- Add graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and music to enhance content quality
- Ensure all media content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
- Manage video color correction, audio enhancement, and final rendering
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Maintain organized media files and editing assets
- Stay updated with the latest media trends, editing techniques, and platform requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Film Editing, Multimedia, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in video/media editing
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and post-production workflows
- Experience creating content for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Good knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation
- Strong creative mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of photography and videography
- Familiarity with AI-based editing tools and content optimization
- Portfolio showcasing previous editing and creative projects
