Media & Communications Executive

Location: Mira Road, Thane

Employment Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joining)

CTC: 3,00,000 per annum

Language Requirement: Marathi Mandatory

We are looking for a Media & Communications Executive who can manage on-ground videography, video editing, graphic design, and social media management. The role involves identifying strong hooks and sound bites, creating engaging content, and managing publishing across platforms.

• Capture video content at political, social, and public engagements
• Identify and record impactful Marathi sound bites and key moments
• Edit reels, shorts, highlights, and long-form videos
• Design social media creatives, posters, banners, and thumbnails
• Manage and post content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp
• Write Marathi-first captions, hashtags, and descriptions
• Maintain basic content tracking (Excel knowledge is a plus)
• Travel for on-ground shoots; driving ability is an added advantage

• High proficiency in Marathi (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Comfort working in political and social environments
• Ability to independently manage shoot-to-post workflows
• Immediate availability preferred

• Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
• Strong understanding of social media trends and formats
