This is a full-time, on-site Media Buyer role based in Lucknow. As a Media Buyer, you will oversee planning, strategizing, and executing media buying campaigns across various platforms to meet organizational goals. In addition to collaborating with internal teams and external vendors, you will evaluate data, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to maximize impact and return on investment. Your role will also involve building and maintaining strong communication channels with media partners for effective negotiations and partnerships.

• Strong expertise in Media Planning and Media Buying to manage and execute effective advertising campaigns
• Proficiency in Media Strategy to develop innovative and results-driven plans
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate media performance and optimize campaigns effectively
• Outstanding Communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and negotiate with media partners
• Knowledge of advertising platforms and trends, with an ability to forecast industry shifts
• Attention to detail, multitasking capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in media buying, advertising, or a related domain is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred
