Role Overview:
Adsiduous Media (https://adsiduous.com/) is looking for experienced and performance-focused Media Buyers to manage end-to-end campaigns across global geographies. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing Google, Meta, Taboola & TikTok campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns
- Develop targeting strategies and creative briefs aligned with campaign objectives
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to build high-performing creatives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS, CVR, etc.)
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies
- Scale successful campaigns while maintaining performance KPIs
- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and audience behaviors
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Media Buying
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Proven ability to work with international geographies (US, Europe, SEA, MENA, etc.)
- Experience using Ads Manager and third-party analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and ability to suggest engaging ad formats
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Bonus: Exposure to verticals like gaming, lifestyle, fintech, or utility apps
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of video editing or creative direction
