Own paid media execution across Meta and Google Ads for a portfolio of 5–8 client brands. This is a hands-on role — you will be inside Ads Manager every day, optimising live campaigns, not building decks about them.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) campaigns
• Build campaign structures aligned to client objectives — lead gen, sales, footfall, brand awareness
• Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, and creative rotation
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Build weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next-step recommendations
• Brief design and video teams on ad creatives and iterate based on performance
• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, and other key metrics; flag underperformance early
Must-Have
• 1–2 years hands-on Meta Ads experience with monthly spends of at least ₹1–2L
• Working knowledge of Google Ads (Search + PMax minimum)
• Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and Sheets
• Strong analytical thinking — can read data and explain why a campaign is or isn't working
• Comfort using AI tools for ad copy, audience research, and reporting
