• Plan, launch, Optimize, scale & track campaign performance
• Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency
• Identify issues such as drop in performance, tracking errors, or account anomalies
• Take corrective actions proactively instead of reactive firefighting
• Control frequency, creative fatigue, and learning phase disruptions
• Share performance insights with Creative Strategists and Ad Copywriters
• Request new creatives or iterations based on data-backed feedback
• Work closely with Account Managers on client updates and strategy changes
• Maintain performance logs and testing documentation
• Ensure proper tracking setup (pixels, events, conversions)
• Follow SOPs for naming conventions, budgets, and reporting
• Make and follow Quarterly plans 
• Make sure to achieve monthly targets as committed 
• Share Monthly learnings with clients 
• Regularly Study competitor strategies 
• Maintain clean account structures and documentation
• Take ownership of performance
