About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and performance-focused Google Ads Media Buyer to join our Growth & Performance Marketing team. Your core responsibility will be to plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Demand Gen and YouTube Ads, driving measurable growth in ROI, ROAS, and CAC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Demand Gen and YouTube.
  • Perform detailed keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive research to inform campaign strategy.
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives and video assets.
  • Monitor daily performance and optimize bids, budgets, placements, and targeting to meet strict KPIs.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing across creatives, ad formats, and landing pages to improve outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and present actionable insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in paid media and performance marketing.

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads media buying for Demand Gen & YouTube.
  • Proven experience managing $5,000+/day in ad spend across multiple performance-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking configuration.
  • Strong ability to scale campaigns, manage ROAS goals, control CAC, and hit performance targets.
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts and budgets independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first decision-making approach.
  • Comfortable working EST-aligned time zones (US, Europe, or Australia/NZ account markets).
