About The Role
We are looking for a results-oriented
Media Buyer (CPS) with strong experience in affiliate marketing and performance campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through paid media channels while maintaining target ROAS and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize CPS (Cost Per Sale) campaigns across multiple traffic sources.
- Execute media buying campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate networks.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CPA, CPS, and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Monitor conversion funnels and improve campaign performance through A/B testing.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and affiliate teams to maximize conversions.
- Track and report key performance metrics and business outcomes.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Hands-on experience running CPS/CPA/CPL campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native Ads, TikTok Ads, or other paid acquisition channels.
- Understanding of affiliate marketing models and tracking systems.
- Experience with tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, Voluum, RedTrack, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and optimization skills.
- Ability to manage large budgets and scale profitable campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in E-commerce, Finance, Gaming, Utility Apps, Rewards, Lead Generation, or Affiliate Marketing.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing.
- Experience working with affiliate networks and direct advertisers.
