Job Summary: We are seeking a Media Associate Performance Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and publisher platforms. The ideal candidate combines data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to deliver measurable results for multiple client accounts. You'll play a key role in shaping media strategies, analyzing performance, and driving growth through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Publisher platforms.
• Ensure end-to-end quality control from setup to reporting.
• Translate brand objectives into actionable media strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data, derive insights, and drive data-led decision-making.
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and platform innovations.
• Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and campaign KPIs.
• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and analytics teams to enhance campaign impact.

Requirement:

• 12 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or media planning.
• Deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and analytics across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Solid grasp of performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, etc.).
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking not just executing campaigns but knowing why they work.
• Passion for digital innovation and experimentation.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• A professional, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with E-commerce / D2C brands or marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, etc.)
• Familiarity with programmatic buying or media automation tools
