This role is for someone creative, curious, and internet-aware, understands Gen-Z psychology, can spot a trend before it peaks, and knows how to convert attention into sales across fashion, lifestyle, beauty, automobile & luxury.
This role works directly with the co founder high exposure, real ownership, and insane learning.
Role:
- Creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts
- Helping shape brand voices and not copying what everyone else is doing
- Working on founder personal branding & PR-led content
- Thinking beyond likes , e.g: how does this post help sell, launch, or build trust
- Managing multiple categories without burning out
- Trying things, learning fast, improving faster , manage multiple brand voices without sounding templated
- Create & execute trend-led campaigns (memes, hooks, cultural moments)
Must have:
- You understand Gen-Z content
- You have taste, timing, and a good sense of the internet
- You're comfortable with responsibility and ownership
- You care about growth and learning
- You're okay figuring things out instead of waiting for instructions
- You can communicate yourself and your thoughts well
