Location: Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Retail, Mall Marketing, or Commercial Property Marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in performance marketing, lead generation, and brand management.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Media & Marketing Head to lead the complete marketing function across our commercial real estate and retail assets. This role will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase project visibility, and drive measurable footfall to our retail destinations.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, possesses strong leadership capabilities, and has a proven track record of delivering marketing ROI through digital campaigns, brand-building initiatives, and on-ground activations.

This is a business-critical leadership role with direct ownership of marketing budgets, media investments, team performance, lead generation outcomes, and retail footfall growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation:

  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, YouTube, property portals, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns for commercial and retail real estate projects.
  • Optimize campaign performance to improve Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Site Visit (CPSV), and overall conversion rates.
  • Design and manage landing pages, lead funnels, audience targeting, and A/B testing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to track lead quality, site visits, bookings, and revenue attribution.
  • Monitor marketing performance through dashboards, analytics, and regular reporting.

2. Brand Management & Social Media:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Drive brand awareness through project showcases, market insights, customer stories, video content, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and communication across all online and offline touchpoints.
  • Manage content calendars, creative production, influencer collaborations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Strengthen relationships with investors, channel partners, brokers, and prospective buyers through targeted communication.

3. Mall Marketing & Footfall Growth:

  • Own and drive monthly and quarterly footfall targets for retail assets, including KW Blue Pearl.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal events, brand activations, exhibitions, and community engagement programs.
  • Build partnerships with retailers, brands, educational institutions, RWAs, and local communities to increase visitor traffic.
  • Integrate digital marketing efforts with offline experiences to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure and report campaign ROI, event performance, footfall trends, and customer engagement metrics.

4. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the in-house marketing team.
  • Establish clear KPIs, performance benchmarks, and accountability mechanisms.
  • Manage external agencies, media partners, creative vendors, and event partners.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in performance marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
  • Experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience in Real Estate, Retail, Mall Marketing, or Commercial Property Marketing.
  • Familiarity with NCR market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Working knowledge of CRM-based lead management systems.
  • Existing network of media agencies, influencers, event partners, and marketing vendors in Delhi-NCR.
  • Proficiency in both English and Hindi communication.
