Mechatronics Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning of Electrical & Electronics Panels & Equipment

2.Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs, to understand the Electrical Diagrams

3.Do PCB Board level Debugging & Repairs

4.Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location

5.Provide on-site training to the customers

6.Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management, manufacturing and marketing/sales

7.Develop Service technical documentation

8.Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database

9.Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits

10.Timely complete and submit all required paperwork

11.Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions

12.Other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Field Service Engineer.

13.I/O Checking - Process/Checking Item - Check PLC Input/ out put as per Drawing.(Electrical)

14.PLC program download in M/C PLC

15.Check PLC Output list as per Drawing. (All function)

16.Can able to perform program modification. (should ensure documents full fill International standards.)

17.Skill to handle Mechanical elements like Alignment, Pneumatics and Hydraulic.

18.Should have better communication skill to handle customer and parent company.

19.Candidates should ensure safety and SOP adherence.

Desired candidate profile

Bachelor's degree must (EEE, EIE and ECE) Should have mechatronics basic skill set

Willing to travel around India, and Outside the country based on requirement.travel requirement must be 60-70% (Yearly 200-250 days). will ensure work life balance .

Ability to read and understand Electrical drawing, pneumatic circuit and Electrical standards

Hand on experience in electrical wiring and pneumatic connection installation

Basic knowledge of electrical components, drive, mechanical parts, assemblies and tools

Should have excellent communication skill in English, Hindi-preferable)

Should have hand on experience in PLC and HMI. (Siemens & Rockwell)

Knowledge of computer operating system, hardware, software and internet .
