We are looking for a highly motivated Mechatronics Engineer who enjoys building products from scratch, solving practical engineering problems, and working directly in field conditions with farmers and agricultural equipment.
This is not a desk-only engineering role. A significant portion of the work involves prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and field validation.
What You Will Work On· Electric and petrol-powered agricultural equipment
· IOT/ Sensor-based monitoring systems
· Embedded electronics and automation systems
· Machine vision and robotic platforms
· Prototype development and field testing
Key Responsibilities· Develop functional prototypes from concept through field trials.
· Integrate sensors, controllers, motors, actuators, cameras, and communication systems.
· Build and test embedded systems using ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or similar platforms.
· Design and implement control systems for motors, pumps, and field equipment.
· Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis during testing.
· Work closely with mechanical and software teams to integrate complete products.
· Participate in product validation at farms and customer locations.
Required SkillsMust Have· Hands-on experience with embedded systems and electronics integration.
· Experience with ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms.
· Practical experience interfacing sensors, motors, relays, communication modules, and power systems.
· Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to independently build and test prototypes.
· Understanding of battery-powered and solar-powered systems.
· Basic understanding of CAD and mechanical assemblies.
Good to Have· IoT product development experience.
· GSM, LTE, LoRa, WiFi, Bluetooth communication systems.
· Python scripting.
· Agricultural machinery experience.
