Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform warranty data analysis for passenger vehicle systems including Electrical, Electronics, and Mechatronics components.
- Analyze field failure data to identify trends, anomalies, and high-impact issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI / Tableau for real-time monitoring.
- Track key warranty KPIs such as warranty cost, failure rates, and claim frequency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (DRE, Quality, Service, Manufacturing) to support issue resolution.
- Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective action tracking.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting aligned with Stellantis standards.
Key Deliverables
- Warranty dashboards and KPI reports.
- Failure trend and defect analysis reports.
- Data-backed insights for quality improvement.
- Monthly warranty performance reports for management.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering.

- Exposure to vehicle diagnostics and fault analysis.
- Understanding of Agile / Automotive product development lifecycle.
