Develop the hydraulic circuitry and component layout for New Product and New Features as per demand from market, internal and external customers, competitor product analysis and internal system improvements.
Maintain, improve and upgrade the features of existing circuitry / layout for various machines.
Ensure parts / component standardization to reduce variations wherever possible and work towards Indigenization of components.
Prepare the design drawing and bill of materials.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
Coordinate with field Service, Aftermarket, Testing, Quality, SCM, Sales and Validation departments as well as Customers for troubleshooting and product upgrades.
Global Support:
Provide on-shore and off-shore support on Global projects for existing machines and new products.
Identify and work on Cost reduction & Product improvement areas and take initiatives for improving Product Reliability.
Maintain records as per ISO and other applicable standards.
Maintain various MIS records, data preparation and analysis.
