KRA1 1.Compressor Blowers 

• Organise & monitor maintenance of compressor blowers for complete plant manpower planning and optimum use of resources to achieve customer satisfaction Planning & scheduling of jobs. 
•  
• Allocation of resources. 
•  
• Monitoring & follow up of jobs undertaken on machines. 
•  
• Random checking to reduce the idle time of man and machine. 
•  
• Interaction with customers. 
•  
• Take corrective action on feed back. 

KRA2 2.Water Supply 

• Coordinate & monitor operation & maintenance activities of water supply systems in order to supply water of required quality and quantity on sustainable basis in all seasons to plant and colony to meet customer satisfaction. Monitoring the water meters to ascertain the supply pattern.

• Regularly monitoring of the quality parameters of water and to take corrective action. 
•  
• Regulate timing/supply of water for uniform pressure to each quarter. 
•  
• Identification and arranging sealing of water leakage points. 
•  
• Take immediate action during emergencies. 
•  

KRA3 3.Other Utilities 

•  
• Coordinate and monitor, deployment & availability of utility services like cranes, Belt vulcanizing machines and coordinating with workshop to fulfill plant requirement & improve customer satisfaction. Monitoring the preventive maintenance system. 
•  
• Instant checking of machines by look, listen and feel method for any abnormality for taking preventive action. 
•  
• Allotment of cranes 
•  
• Monitoring the deployment schedule. 
•  
• Provide additional support/reschedule deployment during emergency.
