Skills Required : Operating and maintaining high-speed machines during shifts to achieve targeted utilization, efficiency, and scrap levels.
Supervising contract workers and ensuring adherence to Quality, Safety, 5S, and GMP standards.
Carrying out tooling changeovers, attending breakdowns, and resolving technical issues on machines.
Maintaining safety, discipline, and proper housekeeping on the shop floor.
